Taskin Ahmed got the first wicket for Bangladesh in the series-deciding third ODI against Sri Lanka in Chattogram today. He got Pathum Nissanka out LBW for just one run in the second over.
Taskin bowled a delivery that moved sharply and hit Nissanka’s front pad. The umpire quickly gave him out.
Nissanka didn’t challenge the decision, but replays later showed that the ball would have missed the stumps.
After two overs, Sri Lanka scored 3 runs for the loss of 1 wicket. Kusal Mendis joined Avishka Fernando in batting.

Bangladesh made three changes to their team. Anamul Haque replaced Liton Das, Mustafizur Rahman came in for the injured Tanzim Hasan Sakib, and leg-spinner Rishad Hossain replaced Taijul Islam.
Sri Lanka made one change, replacing the injured pacer Dilshan Madushanka with spinner Maheesh Theekshana.
The series is currently tied at 1-1, with Bangladesh winning the first match by six wickets and Sri Lanka winning the second match by three wickets.
